These terms apply when you visit agratri.com, create an account, buy a product or hire us for a service. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Agratri (“we”, “us”) sells GPL-licensed WordPress themes and plugins, website templates for Framer, Webflow, HTML and React, and custom development services. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What you are buying

Most WordPress themes and plugins we sell are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Under the GPL you may use, modify and run the code on as many sites as you like. What you pay us for is the work around the code: reviewing and quality-checking it, scanning it for malware, packaging it, keeping it updated, and supporting you when something goes wrong.

Products are not sold as “official” releases of their original authors unless the product page says so. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their use on this site does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those owners.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the information you give us and for keeping your password safe.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

4. Downloads, updates and support

• After purchase you can download the product files from your account.
• We review and scan files before we publish them, and we publish updates when new versions are released and have passed our checks.
• If a product does not work as described, contact us. We will try to fix the problem or help you work around it. Support covers installation, bugs in the files we supply and compatibility questions. It does not cover training, changes to your design or problems caused by unrelated plugins, hosting or code you have added.
• We aim to reply to support requests within one business day.

5. Custom services

For custom work (installation, customisation, full builds, fixes and maintenance) we agree the scope, price and timeline with you in writing before we start. Changes to the agreed scope may change the price and timeline. You must have the right to use any content, logos and images you give us.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to break the law, to attack or probe our systems, or to upload malicious code.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape the site or bulk-download products.
• You may not resell our own packaging, branding or support offering as if it were yours. Your rights in GPL code itself are set by the GPL.

7. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown on the product or service page. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty and liability

We take care over every file we publish, but software depends on your hosting, your other plugins and your content. Products and services are provided “as is”, without a promise that they will be error-free or suit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim relates to, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.
